1. Use TMSWizzard only for your business

TMSWizzard is for the lawful internal operation of your transport business. You must not resell it, offer it as a bureau service to others, or use it to build a competing product, unless we agree in writing.

2. You must not

  • use the service in breach of any law, including data protection, road transport, employment and equality law;
  • upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • upload malware or anything designed to damage or interfere with systems;
  • try to gain access to another customer's data, or to any part of the service you are not authorised to use;
  • probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the service without our written consent, or bypass security, rate limits, licence gates or billing controls;
  • use automated means to scrape or extract data other than through features we provide for that purpose;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or copy the software, except where the law permits it and that right cannot be excluded;
  • share sign-in links, let more than one person use a user account, or create accounts under false details;
  • send unsolicited marketing through the document email, share link or messaging features;
  • place an unreasonable load on the service.

3. Personal data you load

  • Record only the personal data you need. Do not put health information, criminal offence details or other sensitive information in free-text notes or instruction fields.
  • Do not use driver tracking covertly. Tell drivers when and why tracking is used.
  • Do not use share links to disclose personal data to anyone who should not receive it, and revoke links that are no longer needed.
  • Do not enter bank card numbers anywhere in the system.
  • Remove users promptly when they leave your business.

4. Reporting problems

Tell us straight away at it@silverlady.group if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, find a security weakness, or see content that breaches this policy. We welcome good-faith security reports and ask that you give us a reasonable chance to fix an issue before disclosing it.

5. What we may do

If we reasonably believe this policy has been breached we may remove content, suspend the users or account involved, and end the agreement under the Terms. Where there is a risk to other customers, to individuals or to the service, we may act without notice. We may report unlawful activity to the authorities.

6. Changes

We may update this policy under the change process in the Terms.
